英国康河有什么美誉

康河是在英国的东方的大奥希河的一条支流，两条河在伊利的南边教皇角会合，大奥希河让康河和英国的运河系统连结起来，早期命名为葛兰塔，但是在盎格鲁-撒克逊人的葛兰特贝瞿镇的名字已经被修改到剑桥之后，这条河也更名，而它也和小得多的格洛斯特凯姆河没有关系。

拜伦的水池当时是鲁珀特·布鲁克和剑桥无信仰者的浴场。布鲁克过去常常乘独木舟从剑桥到格兰切斯特寄宿舍，包括Old Vicarage。他的1912的想家的诗可唤起这条难忘的河：

Oh! there the chestnuts, summer through,

Beside the river make for you

A tunnel of green gloom, and sleep
